Spa Guidance & Important Information

Please read the following information to ensure maximum benefit during your spa visit.

ARRIVAL TIME

Prior to any treatment please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment starts. You will be welcomed by one of our experienced therapists who will confirm your booking details and you will also have time to fill out your consultation form.

Please be advised that late arrivals will result in reduction of your treatment time and no refund will be given.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Our Medispa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests’ right to serenity and switch all mobile phones to silent and kindly respect our whispering zones and keep noise levels in the treatment corridor to a minimum. We feel this is essential to the enjoyment of all our spa guests and we appreciate your co-operation.

SPA ATTIRE

If you are using the wet facilities please remember to bring swimwear which MUST be worn at all times. Towels, robes and footwear will be provided. Please be aware that chlorine is present in our hot tub and jacuzzi which may cause discolouration which is at your own risk. All jewellery and false tan must be removed and is not permitted in the hot tub.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at The Solarium and Beauty Company your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes appointments may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with; however we would be grateful if clients could give us at least 24 hours notice for all amendments to treatments and 48 hours for spa bookings, to ensure we have the time needed to offer these spaces to other clients looking to visit us who we have often turned away or are on a waiting list. If notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, which could be the full treatment cost.

BOOKING POLICY

For all group spa bookings we require a non-refundable £10 per person deposit at the time of booking. No bookings will be accepted without the deposit being taken.

PREGNANCY

Please advise your spa therapist if you think you may be pregnant, as we can adapt your treatment accordingly. However if you are pregnant you must avoid using the sauna, jacuzzi and hot tub.

VALUABLES

We do not accept responsibility for loss of valuables within our premises. Lockers are provided but we advise guests to leave anything precious at home.

CHILDREN

STRICTLY no under 16s will be permitted within the relaxation area of the spa and no under 18s are permitted within the area or use of the tanning units in the salon.
